Description

In my role as Lead UX/UI Designer, i worked on multiple projects improving the user experience of the MGM website and app. The projects aimed to address usability issues and elevate the digital experience for MGM's audience. Full End-to-End design process that includes deep UX Research, UI (Visual Design). Supported DS team on creating complex components & documentation. This project showcased the power of user-centered design in elevating the digital presence of MGM, resulting in improved user satisfaction and engagement across web and mobile platforms.
